Impartiality
Conducting assigned work in an impartial, professional manner is the way of Mooncrust. Inappropriate behaviour and or misconduct is being considered an offence, and Mooncrust has zero tolerance for such issues for breaching integrity, impartiality and confidentiality.
Furthermore, if any of the Mooncrust associates is found to have offered, solicited, or accepted any form of bribe or incentives then the service of such personnel will be terminated with an immediate effect.

Data Collected during any inspection and or assessment etc. shall be retained as actual. Forging or manupulation of data is not acceptable at any point of time.
Data Security, Confidentiality and data Protection
As a Third party inspection and assessment body, we regularly gain deep insights into the structure. processes and economic foundations of other companies, organisations and institutions. The security of customer data and the confidentiality of information are the greatest importance and must be insured at all the times; before, during and after the provision of services within the agreed scope. Confidential information is protected against access by third parties.
Conflict Of Interest
Conflict of interest can jeopardize the independence and integrity of Mooncrust. All employeesare required to avoid conflicts between personal and business interests. As soon as a conflict of interest seems possible, it must be disclosed to the manager.
A conflict of interest is a situation in which a person or organisation is involved in multiple interests, financial or otherwise and serving one interest could evolve working against another. Typically, this relates to the situation in which the personal interest of an individual or organization might adversaly affect a duty owed to make decisions for the benifits of a third party.

Anti-Corruption and Anti-bribery
Mooncrust does not tolerate or engage in bribery or corruption in any form. Bribery is offering, receiveing, giving or requesting of any item(s) of value to other person, directly or indirectly to induce that person to act improperly or to reward them for improper peformance. Improper performance is performance that breaches expectations of good faith, impartiality or obligations of trust.
We have adopted policy of Zero-Tolerance for breach of Anti-Coruption and Anti-Bribery policy.

Training of associates have been conducted in-house and on-site before handing over the individual work.
Work evaluation is done post service delivery to keep the inspector and or auditor up to date with the new requirements and provide training accordingly.

- Complete Inspection report with actual findings and observations within 24 Hours of inspection day.
- Complete Factory Audit report within 72 Hours of audit date.
- Live Tracking of Inspectors through selfie and GPS location recordings.
