Inspection & Supervision

First Piece Inspection (FPI)

First Piece Inspection is performed on raw materials and first run product. An initial inspection acts as an early warning since the quality risks highlighted before the manufacturing mass production.

FPI is performed at the early stage of 10-20% of product finished for quality control inspection and can give an idea about the quality and durability of the production. At this stage improvement actions can be made prior to the mass production to ensure the products meet your requirements and prevents any potential risk to the quality, durability and aesthetics of the products.

During Production Inspection (DUPRO)

During Production inspection is conducted at the stage of minimum 30% and not more than 50% goods been completed with with production. 

DUPRO is suggested for large quantity of shipment. so a DUPRO is one of the best ways to ensure that your product meets your requirements. A during production check aims to visual check on production schedule, verify production capacity and output, product quality, quantity, packing and packaging requirements.

Final Random Inspection (FRI)

Final Random Inspection is also knows as Pre-ship inspection (PSI). Final Random Inspection is a final check to evaluate product quality, packaging, product labelling, and carton markings.

FRI takes place with 100% production completed and at-least 80% packed in final shipping cartons for verification of packaging, requirements along with the shipping and marking checks.

Packing Audit and Inspection (PAI)

Packing audit is carried out when the goods are ready and packed in their desired cartons with the required assortment. Packing audit verifies the packing quality in terms of shipping marks, Barcodes against your requirements, assortment details, carton flutes, assortment of material.

It is important to realise that the quality of packing is as important as quality of products, till the products are not in use, they are being put inside the packing cartons to the final destination.

Container Loading Supervision (CLS)

Container Loading Supervision (CLS) or also called as Container Loading Inspection (CLI) which typically takes place at the supplier factory, warehouse or also at the shipping port. The supervision is carried out to make sure that the loading of goods as per the buyer requirements. 

Along with the product quality assurance during the loading supervision, container supervision is equally important since a bad quality container can damage the entire shipment and can lead to headache to buyer.

Sample Picking (SP)

Sample Picking service aims to select the samples or cartons from the initial production to perform the destructive or non-destructive testing of the product or packing to make sure the buyer along with the local government regulator and statutory requirements.

Manufactures usually make the initial samples with the extremely expert sample manufactures just to make sure that their initial sample approves from buyers, but based on the approved sample buyer cannot trust on manufacturer about the final shipped product be similar as approved sample.
